Go to an ENT or at least your doctor.  Having popped an eardrum once,
its nothing to fool around with.  I got prompt treatment (call and tell
them you think you ruptured your eardrum) and was back in the water in 3
weeks.  If they heal properly, no problem.  If they don't, they will be
prone to re-rupture frequently.
