A SS tank with PU hardfoam cover used once for draft beer works fine,
the foam used to gve it that wood ffeling keeps the water  hot in case
you like it. Braze  the LP/ showerhead fittings to the hardware, insert
a long hose to get all the water, and your done. Can even have fun with
a power inflator and a focussable showerhead...
