Padi is having a new promotion to get the children into diving. The "seal team" and they look just like "Power Rangers". It seems Padi and other strategic marketing groups have given the green light to encourage children (no age limit) to exercise on compressed air underwater. Many dive equipment manufactures are following suit by promoting new lines of miniature diving products to entice kids. There has also been a rumor of a new PADI stupidf*ck diver certification, is this true?
