Rhodales Scuba bought them out and is in the process of shutting them 
down, kind of a hostile takeover. I called UW-USA yesterday and the news 
is true. Upon my request, they are refunding me the balance of my 2yr 
subscription. UW-USA was a great publication and I hate to see it end 
like this. The April 95 issue is the last.
