One suggestion for a quality tech-diving publication might be to have the 
old staff of UW-USA start such a journal (since they are no longer 
publishing UW-USA). I agree that there is a need for a quality tech 
diving journal (one that arrives when ordered, does not offend 50% of its 
readers, does not cost $12+ on the newstand, and is published regularly).

As for Skin Diver Mag...... they do not have enough tech-diving equipment 
advertisments that would be needed to produce the usual bias-standard of 
their reporting :) (My opinion only)
