>> How do you bail out of a 300' CCR dive while only carrying (1) Al 80 w/ 10/50 and (1) Al 40 w/ O2? If the rebreather was mal-functioning how do you decompress with those gases on open circuit? Adam, It is *not* the best plan, but, FYI, if you run the correct deco profile, it is possible to bail-out from 300 feet and deco on the 2 gas they brought given their short bottom time. If you have DecoWeenie, use the Way-Point feature to descent to 300' in 15 minutes on CCR at 1.2 set-point, stay at 300' for 5 minutes still on CCR at 1.2 set-point (per their dive), then bail-out to OC and ascent... Settings should be straight Buhlmann without any deep stops, RMV at depth ~0.53cfpm, RMV deco ~0.35cfpm -Phi http://oxycheq.com/DecoWeenie.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PalmPlanner (Program/Manual in the "Files" section) -----Original Message----- From: Adam Volosik Hey Art, think about this, it was mentioned I think twice in the report about a bailout plan.
