Guys...this seemed to have a virus attached to it. The directions for getting rid of it are pretty clear at http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/wscript.kakworm.html. Don't ignore this message. I had this strike some computers at work a last year and it was pretty wide spread...It's another one of those ones that forwards itself to everyone in your outlook express address book (Outlook (as opposed to Outlook Express) won't spread it, but can still be infected). Search to see if you have any kak.*, *.hta, or *.kak files. If you do then there's a good chance you were infected. The web site includes a download for a fix, Microsoft has a patch available that will let you fix Outlook - so any relatively new version of Outlook would hopefully be protected (but then again it is Microsoft).
