Subject: Nitrox I or Nitrox II?

I'm setting up some dedicated tanks for Nitrox diving.  I was wondering if I 

could get some feedback on what mix is used most?   The area I will be 
diving in will
be Monterey, CA  which doesn't really offer any dives past 100ft. at most!

So what would some of you veterans recommend, both tanks Nitrox II or both 
Nitrox I or
one of each?
