Nicolai, Yes, I would absolutely love to see it, thanks. The IUCRR has a standard accident reporting form too, although I couldn't find it on the IUCRR page. The stated reason they won't release RAW reports is because of the personal data contained therein and the fear of litigation. That was the purpose of my getting so intimately involved, taking the class, running errands, so I could cull the personal data from the reports and create a document that contained the facts of each incident stated as clearly as possible without the personal info.
