Short of declaring war I think the best thing to do now is to start emailing
them. Here is the info page with their emails:

Browbeat them into fulfilling their commitments. This has just been dragging
on and on, they need a little public exposure. Applaud them for what they do
right, call them on what they fail to do and do wrong.
