Terry,

The problem is that it's not just "redneck"-ville, it's the whole cave
diving and tech community. They hold the files for the last, what, 20 years
or more of cave diving accidents. It seems to me that this data could be
important for all cave divers and training agencies once fully available.
Someone should do it. They need to give it up.
