I'd agree.  Its perilous territory, lawsuits years ago in the UK and US 
established libel in cyberspace as real.

Mirrors and archives record for much time what has been said by whom to 
whom.  Uncivil behavior, in most forums, violate netiquette.

Signals are clearest with less noise.
