Subject: Argon use

What is an Argon suit flash or how is a suit purged with Argon
before diving ???
I didn't get the story ...burp the air out of the neck seal and the
  argon which is heavier stays in.

I understand that it is a must for trimix dives , due to helium thermal
loss  but is there a big difference vs  a nitrox mix ?
