Do you need a trafic signal with max speed on each curve of a road to
drive your car?

I presume you don't, people learns to drive and learns wich is the
optimum speed to take every curve of a road, without beeing signaled
every time.

Reliance in dive computers to do deco is like reliance on trafic speed
signals to drive your car. If you cannot drive your car in a road
without signals you would be better at home.
