I found Pakistani stamped shears at a dollar store for $2.99 and it even came with a utility knife. I have a knife sharpener from Byers Creative Sales & Mfg. Co. It is about 4"s long and has a finger guard. The actual area that contacts the knife blade is an adjustable V. and man it carves through titanium like butter.
