Scott this is the rigid heirarchical thinking that sustains inadequacy.

At least a couple of your 'Board Of Tarnished Heroes' are the morons whose
organisations kept on killing students and losing instructors for years after
the 
right way to do things was in the public domain. And instead of adapting, they 
fought it, they tried to pull it down, and they lied about what was really
happening, 
and covered it up so others didn't get the message in time.
