Subject: Re: Stainless steel DIN plugs
Erik,

I have my tanks plugged with the delrin plugs with the extra O-rings
inside. I have a few of them that have a small hole in the back that lets
the pressure escape should the tank get turned on during transport. In any
case they keep all the mud and crud from fouling anything.

When lowering tanks down shafts (where its not possible to get to the tank
to shut down a valve in quick order) or getting tanks to the sump, I will
also tape the valve handles so as to further reduce the possibility of a
tank bleeding should it make contact with the wall/floor etc...

Regards JD
