I tend to agree with Bill here.  They only raised our rates, they did not 
raise the rates for the locals.  Per the county commissioner for the area 
that holds JB they did not want to upset the voters.  I have a few of them 
thinking that they raised the rates too high, it is now the most expensive 
cave dive in North America.  The only way that I will be able to get them 
to drop the rates is if they see a financial impact from their 
decision.  If people "suck it up" and pay, then they will continue to screw 
us without lubrication or the courtesy of a reach around.  Stop diving JB 
until I can work this out.
