Hello,
as suggested by the server I make a brief presentation.
My name is Roberto Molteni, from Italy. I'm currently employed in the R&D
dept. of SAIPEM (ENI group); a quiet large company specialized in pipeline
laying, drilling & underwater work (see SonSub).I spent four year as a sat
diver, diving technician and LST with the RANA Diving Co. (Italy).I have
experience with oxygen closed circuit and mixed gas bail-out system (closed
& semi-closed).
My intent is to prepare a technical booklet on Closed Circuit Underwater
Breathing Apparatus (in English); with enphasis on the old project. I
understand that this is a hard task, especially because most of the project
were "sponsored" by DoD & Military Navy; but there is also a lot of work
done by commercial company like Gas Service Ltd, Comex, OBS and other that
maybe is available (in parts!).I apreciate any help from the scientific and
commercial community!
In conclusion, I apologize for my incorrect English and I'm happy to be a
member of your group :-)
