The most serious problem with Dr. Black is that he may be causing
alarm and confusion among junior divers.

For  a  few  days  ago,  he affirmed scuba diving at recreational
range  would cause brain damages while all of the studies on this
matter  in  UK, Sweden, US and elsewhere observed diving was safe
within the recreational range.

Dr.  Black  is  *definitely  not*  a serious person and should be
ignored    if  he cannot change his destructive and evil attitude
and spreading of disinformation.
