I have neither light but you should get about 500 full charges out
of most any high-capacity NiCd cell.  Make sure never to reverse
charge any of the cells in your pack, and try not to overcharge
any cell in the pack either. Most packs use matched cells but
even then, with use, differences will develop and the cells will
no longer be full or empty at the same time.
