it is strange that you got this answer. Are your suit legs made of
neopren, compressed neopren, or trilaminate ?

Typhoon has been in the business since the Mid-Fifties ( 195x) and has
been known for highest quality. 

Here in Germany we have at least 4 companies who are able to change
boots, my estimate for a price is 50 to 150 USD.
