Special Forces always sweat their balls off. The point is to eliminate the 
down period between getting out of the water and being combat effective. As 
to how hot they will be, probably very, but they just may stay cool enough to 
be keep going until they can change.

By the way, if I remember right SEALS will not use wet or dry suits until the 
water temp gets into the low 60's
