Its also, quite possibly, Off Topic on this list but I can steer you in the right direction if you want to ask me privately. The first, and big, question is still or video? You state film which tends to mean still photography in which case placing permanent light sources of doubtful temperature settings (are they? or are they strobes?) opens up a huge can of worms.
