Without getting into buoyancy comparisons,I would like to make the following
comments;
OMS tanks are Faber tanks.OMS has re-branded/re-marketed them with their own
paint job and their own bullshit imprints.
I have,amongst others, three sets of  Faber/OMS branded 1997 double 131's .I
bought these tanks brand new.The OMS paint job separated from the mickey
mouse powdercoated galvanizing resulting in major bubbling.Obviously these
tanks could not be used on a continuing basis.As usual,the dive shop idiots
disclaimed any responsibility and guess what the response from OMS was??
Anyway,I am fortunate enough to have the facilities to properly strip these
tanks and to properly re-coat them with appropriate finishes.
I can only cringe at the the thought of other less fortunate souls who made
the same mistake of purchasing OMS branded tanks that I did.
Later,
