I am starting an advanced nitrox course in a few weeks ( leading up to
trimix) and wondered as to the list's collective wisdom of a primer for the
upcoming course.

Of course here in Oz there's no GUE <g> so it'll be IANTD or TDI. They both
suggest the Mount/Gilliam thing, though I'm sure there is still good stuff
in it,  I have heard that it is old.

From (somewhere) I did write down "Scuba Diving with Mixed Gases - The
Ultimate Guide to Technical Diving" - Bill Hamilton and Joel Silverstein.

Bill's reputation speaks for itself, ... can anyone comment on this book or
suggest any others ?
