Wendell, below is the link to a site where you find pics and a german
description of the russian cryostat.
It is an OC system, one might be tempted to think of using the cold to
freeze out CO2, in a rebreather.

Very interesting.
I heard of a similar German system to do the same, but the company did
not reply to my mail.
