First, you can mail order any of the Halcyon Gear from their shop in FL. Check the website for 800 numbers. I only know the local # 904 454-0811. I have a set of Diverite wings and 2 sets of Halcyon wings. The DR wings are ok and they did a free repair after 3 years of use, but when you compare them to the Halcyons side-by-side it is very obvious that the Halcyons are made from better materials and are better put together . Buy the Halcyons. I have never heard anything good about their regulator. This subject has been covered extensively on the forums recently. Why not get the Apeks? I also have had very good luck with the Oceanic Piston with the Delta II second stage. I have one that I have used for years and the only maintenance I have done is a periodic cleaning (only required because I use it on my O2 tank that sometimes gets dropped in a silty cave bottom and picks up some crude). I also have a Diverite Al backplate and a Halcyon SS backplate. I have had no problems with the DR Al backplate as long as you get it with the correct, one piece harness. However, again, the DR backplate I have is several years old and I have not looked at the newer units.
