Yes, Turtle fins are clones of the Jetfin, spring straps will fit. They are not as good as Jetfins, not stiff enough, but they do fit my big 'ol feet. I really don't understand why Scubapro is not making a one size larger, they are missing the boat. Com" <techdiver@aquanaut.com> Subject: DIR fins for big feet I was looking to buy ScubaPro Jet Fins. Since I have to buy them by mail, I wrote to a dealer in order to determine what size I should order to fit my U.S. size 13 feet and a dry suit. This is the response I got: "I would recommend the Turtle Fin if your feet are size 13 and you are wearing a drysuit. The Jet fin only comes in 2 sizes and the XL is barely big enough for a size 12 in a drysuit. The possible exception is if you are wearinga DUI suit with those tiny boots, but even then a 13 is going to possibly not fit into an XL jet." What is your evaluation of Turtle Fins? Are Turtle Fins DIR and can they be fit with spring heel straps, or is there a better alternative. Thank you.
