The change in buoyancy of a tank from full to empty is only a function of the 
loss of the weight of gas.  Dry air weighs about 7.5 lbs per 100 CF at one 
ATA and 70 deg F.  A change of 5.9 lbs for a Luxfor 80 is about right.  A 
change of 4.6 lbs for a PST 104 is obviously way off unless it has been 
filled with something other than air. :-)
