Max, would like to know what you consider cold, living in FLA < florida?>. My guess is you never dive anything below 50 degree water. I dive up off ny/nj on a regular basis, i am diving tls350, al80 dubs, 12 lb belt, aul 14 and c4 uwear. it is not only possible, it is awesome. I have dove in Feb in a wet suit up here, i know cold water. G has mentioned in prior posts he has dove dub 80s w/ dry suit year round in florida water, as he is accustomed to the thermoclines in 200-250 range being in the 20s year round i believe. oh and btw, the word is steel, not steal.
