Yes, but if it is not a focused beam light, it is useless, other than for video. The MR lights are nonsense for diving. You can not signal a buddy, and you can not see down a passage, for example, which is a strong point of high frequency , short wavelength light : it penetrates water a lot further than the longer frequencies. I never have figured out who the moron is who came up with using MR lights in diving, but it has to be one of the usual suspects who come up with every other really dumb "idea".
