Since no one else seems to have mentioned them, how about the Sea Elite 
modular valves sold by Divers Supply (300 Bar K-Valve catalog number: 
MVSAG3 $79.95). The Sea Elite manifold and valves seem to be very similar 
to Scuba Pro and others. Maybe even made by the same manufacturer?
