Hi Eric,

	I recommend you check out the Personal Submersibles group on the
'net. There's a lot of snake oil, but they've got some real professionals
hanging around (Phil Nuyton of Newt Suit and Deep-worker fame, Vance
Bradley, etc.) Their take is building home-made subs, but the ideas are
the same. The listserve archives can be a gold-mine.
