Just to echo this part of the response and to also remind folks of a discussion
from last Autumn- not only is it acceptable in terms of deco to use heliox, but
there is some research (and practical experience) to
suggest that using normoxic or even slightly hypoxic (but not anoxic) mix for
"air breaks" is beneficial.  This is not only because of the relief of oxygen
pulmonary toxicity, but is also useful to maintain tissue
perfusion, especially in the limbs and brain.
