I use Aviator's Oxygen in my mix as well as in my airplane.  It's
only slightly more expensive than welding, at least from my supplier.

I use Ultra High Purity (UHP).  It's normally used in gas
chromatography; I figure anything good enough for a chromatograph
to breathe is good enough for me.  Also, my supplier's price for the
lesser grades is only a few dollars per cylinder, so UHP makes the
most sense for me.
