Phi is burning the midnight oil on his PalmPlanner app, the latest file is
called moomoo.exe and includes:

Another version of PalmPlanner (0.93). I have:

- fixed a bug in CC mode
- added option for maximize O2 deco windows
- added high set-point deco option for CC mode
