Alex, the last time I fell anywhere it was in love. Geez, God forbid I ever
really do anything like screw up on a dive, as the dopes out there will
really have something on me then. It must be hell for them not ever having a
single thing to say to support what they do, what they can not do, what they
will never do, and what they can't explain and ever have it make any sense,
and having only nonsense and bullshit to say when it comes to me.

I do appreciate your concern , however. I am working now on getting in the
shape I want to be in for the next round of upcoming dives. My current
routine is two short, high intensity workouts per day with two sessions of
weightlifting . I'm shooting for a high strength, minimal body fat, no
damage and no joint pain result. I've been doing a lot of shallow swim
diving as well. JJ and I have our work cut out for us this time if we want
to push the only lead we have in Wakulla, which starts at 17,000 feet.

Thanks again for the scooter box - I now have a decent collection of gear in
Mexico, and the diving was awesome as always.

I heard about your fall and hope everything is fine. I had a similar fall a
few months before we met in Orlando at DEMA. It took 3 ankle operations to
get half straight. And then a bit of work, to take of the weight I put on
and get back in shape. Seems doctors can burry their mistakes we have to
live with ours. The doc still wants to do another surgery.
