Depends on who you want to listen to  :-)   Following is the advice from
Gilliam:

     "Gentile, Mount and Gilliam suggest practical air limits of between 250 and
275 fsw (75.7 and 83.3 m) for trained individuals .... Gilliam (1990) relates no
significant impairment at 452 fsw (137 m) for his brief exposure, approximately
4.5 minutes in the critical zone below 300 fsw (91 m).  He was able to
successfully complete a series of higher math and thought/reasoning problems
while suspended at the deepest level ..."     ---Deep Diving, Bret Gilliam, pg
