I believe the DS4 is the US4 with the enviro kit. Personally i have been using the DS4 but i dive in down to 0 C water (for the Yanks 32 F) and the enviro dry sealed kit makes a big difference to keep the unit from freezing I would also expect it would help keep the salt out. I prefer the Apex DST on stage bottles the swivel makes for better hose routing. Also consider the DS1 for stages or Argon bottle they work great and are dead ass simple. I have been using TX 50 2nd stages with no complaints. I plan to try a TX 100 2nd stage on a DS4 this winter the propaganda says that the heat exchanger is improved and it's smaller. We will see. Apex regs work great and are dead ass simple.Its to fucking bad that US Divers bought Apex iam sure they will fuck up a quality product. USD is already limiting which items they bring in. I heard USD expect to triple the price of service kits and limit private repairs.
