Actually guys, this will be Darwin theory in action...this may even qualify
for the Darwin Awards.  Allot of recreational divers PADI, TDI etc. will
leave the seen (their next of ken will litigate) and the divers that remain
will be DIR.  PADI, TDI and the rest will be out of business due to
liability judgements against them and the only surviving agency will be GUE.

Interesting scenario yes?

No, no, they are going to make money, money, and more money.  That's
