 The English version of these two programs is not out yet, but my guess is
that it would run in the US through their affiliate, ABC, and in other
countries through whatever NHK of Japan has for affiliates there. The
producer of the program is herself an ex embassy translator from Tokyo who
went to UCLA and lives in Los Angeles, so the translation should be perfect.

Not living in japan, will the program be available to
either by on video or is it planned to be screened in
other countries(ie the UK)
