Matt, it occurred to me that another way to see if the flow was 
affecting the reading is to shut off the flow and see if the numbers 
change.  If they don't change for 2-3 seconds, then the pressure is 
not having an effect on the sensor.  So far it looks like at 
pressures of 2-4 lpm or thereabouts there is no difference due to 
pressure.  However, I was told that as sensors age this may no longer 
be true, I don't know.

I've gotten the unit to work properly, even though I'd still like a 
flow meter that has the correct range.  At least I have something to 
measure my mixes now.

I'm not sure what the advantage of the plastic bag would be...but it 
would be nice to get one of those squeeze bulbs for calibrating the 
analyzer.
