Paul, you might want to try if you can verify -any- difference in measuring you mix O2 when not using the flow meter, but a plastic bag instead. Sqeeze it out , let the mix flush it sufficiently with the sensor inside, and watch. This method was recommended to me as their own standard by a manufaturer of medical analyses instruments.
