I haven't watched kids TV for a few years now, but at least when I was a kid the Fruit Loops commercials featured this wacked out, psychedelically colored bird in a strange world of bright primary colors and geometric shapes. Or at least that's how I remember it, it was the 60's... Learning colloquialisms is a nice bonus of this international web site. No matter good you are at a language, there's a whole second language out there to learn. I can remember when my kids got a book called "Scheisse! a guide to the German you don't learn in school". Now they are rude and crude in two languages instead of just one! Wendell G Scott wrote: > A buddy of mine ("Wiz") is a Viet Nam Marine that is just a mess.
