Yes, I know I'm talking to myself. :) A member of the list has contacted me about the statement below being misleading. He may be right, which means I need to clarify that this has been my observation for this year and somewhat tainted by restrictions my work puts on my diving. Some people get out there on a much more regular basis than I do. If anyone out there wants to come to the Norfolk, Virginia area, we _will_ figure out a way to get you wet. Just don't get your heart set on 150 foot visibility and 85F water. :) ....and no, the Chamber of Commerce didn't put me up to this.
