If there is a one way valve in his system/whip, the back flow will not occur.
Alternatively, you can make up an adapter with a one way valve and attach to
your cylinder and fill via this.

You have to make him understand that you have mixed gas in the cylinder.

If he cant keep a backflow from happening, buy your fills elsewhere.

I dump 1100 psi of He in, and continuous blend 39% in on top to 3100 psi,
and I get instant
25/ thirty something. And I dive it immediately.
