hi, that is a - much- more complicated issue than the price of
Helium.... 
J.P Imbert explained two weeks ago the reasons why at the G-Tec
conference. It goes with the implantation of really deep diving
technology, well in excess of 500 m deep. Hydrogen is used only in small
amounts, and not because of being cheap.
