I bet I will be flamed for this. As I sit back and gander on several port= holes, belt buckles lights etc. If a ship sinks and it is left on the bot= tom then its bottom garbage. If a car is wrecked and sits on the side of the= road then it is towed to a scrap yard. I guess I am doing community serv= ice by taking one piece at a time. Sure its a long tough job but someone has= to clean it up. Lets face it I am not going to take the whole darn wreck ju= st small parts of it. By the way if a car is left on the side of the road long enough things st= art t o grow on it and live in it. Should we preserve it? How long does it ne= ed to be their before it becomes an archeology site? Any body what a steer= ing wheel from a 1967 corvair to hang up next to the VW tire? Yea I am selfish, I go by finders keepers. By the way I have two childre= n 8 and 11. My 11 year old will be certified when she turns 12 and loves the= Idea that one day she can go wreck diving and do her part to clean up som= e bottom garbage. = I know where an old train box car is It=92s over grown with weeds and cri= tters have taken refuge in it. If any body would like to report to Congress or= D.O.T. as an archeology significant site let me know. This is of course just my opinion Alex Varouxis
