Hello Mike,

I could expect any kinds of answers, but not the ones I've received!

Well, I've get that idea from TV docs, magazins and stuff like that where
one's can see the tech divers on prohibitiv deeps or in long caves using the
Poseidon regs. That make's me wonder what's is real advantage (if any)!

I'm glad that Scubapro and Apeks are THE ONES because I'm only using
Scubapros:-)

BTW, I know that the intermediate pressure should be as low as possible. In
the Scubapros case (M10plus/G250 and M20/G500) the IP, acordingly to the
green mark on the test gauge, should be between 9 and 10 Bar. Am I correct
in fine tunning them to a 9 Bar IP?

Best regards
Rui Guerra(photoguerra@ma*.te*.pt*)

Where in the world did you get the idea that Poseidons were popular
among tech divers? They're not. Poseidons are finicky and won't
stay in tune, they use non-standard fittings, and they're expensive.

Scubapro and Apex regulators (which *are* popular among tech divers)
breathe just as well, are less expensive, stay in-tune better, and
use standard fittings. What more could a diver ask for?
